Spectrum Associates, Inc., is a minority, woman-owned business founded in 2002 that provides building and facility services to organizations and agencies throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. We are a certified business enterprise (CBE) located in the District of Columbia. Our team consists of competent, seasoned and professional personnel.

Here at Spectrum our philosophy is as easy to understand as the three (3) R’s. We have identified our most cost effective solutions and adopted them as our core capabilities.

Our philosophy is based on extensive research identifying major challenges building and facility maintenance firms’ face.

Our three basic fundamentals core capabilities which we call the three (3) R’s are:

    (1) Reliability - staying until the job is complete and all parties are completely satisfied.
    (2) Ready to work trained professionals- our staff has a minimum of 3 – 5 years of specific training in their field of expertise.
    (3) Rates - we offer affordable and competitive rates to our clients without sacrificing quality.
